
Linda Jojo is the Executive Vice President, Chief Customer Officer at United Airlines. Responsible for Contact Centers, Digital Technology, Data Analytics and Customer Strategy, she leads the airlines efforts to create an exceptional customer experience across its digital channels, in airports and onboard.
Jojo was named CIO for United Airlines in 2014, and Chief Digital Officer in 2017. She and her team has spearheaded a transformation in the way customers and employees use technology to create more personal experiences and increase customer satisfaction while improving operational efficiencies.
Jojo serves on the Exelon Board of Directors. In 2018, she joined the Board of Trustees of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, and has been a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago Board of Directors since 2020.
Jojo was recognized as a “Top 50 Most Powerful Women in Technology” by the National Diversity Council in 2019. She was also named to the Crain’s Chicago “Tech50” in 2016 and 2018 and 2020, and Chicago CIO of the year in 2016 and 2021.
Jojo holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, both from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
