Holly O’Neill is President of Retail Banking, one of Bank of America’s eight lines of business, and a member of the company’s executive management team.
O’Neill is responsible for the growth of the business that serves 33 million U.S. mass market consumers with a full range of financial products and services through award-winning digital banking capabilities and an unmatched retail banking network.
O’Neil previously led Client Care and Client Experience, which are now part of the Retail Banking organization and tasked with providing financial solutions to the bank’s clients while delivering an exceptional and distinctive experience.
O’Neill also served as Chief Operating Officer for Bank of America Private Bank overseeing strategic initiatives, business management, risk infrastructure and control, enterprise partnerships, and sales and service effectiveness. She also served as the COO for Merrill Lynch Wealth Management® Private Banking and Investment Group.
O’Neill is active in enterprise-wide efforts as an executive sponsor leading awareness and inclusion strategies for the LGBTQ+ community, individuals with disabilities and women.
O’Neill holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from the University of New Hampshire.
