Summer Condarco is Senior Vice President and Chief Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer for Halliburton. In this role, she leads the strategy development and execution for the global Service Quality, Continuous Improvement, and HSE functions. Condarco chairs both the HSE and Sustainable Development committees for the Company and reports performance to the Board of Directors HSE committee.
Condarco joined Halliburton as a continuous improvement leader and then served in multiple manufacturing plant operations manager roles in Texas and Singapore. She subsequently led the global sourcing organization with teams in China, India, South America, and North America. Condarco was the global manufacturing director for the Sperry Drilling and Wireline & Perforating product service lines prior to leading the global HSE, Service Quality, and Continuous Improvement organization.
Condarco serves on the Texas Tech University College of Engineering Dean’s Council and is a member of the University’s Academy of Industrial Engineers. She serves on the American Petroleum Institute climate committee and is a member of the McKinsey Advancing Women Executives in Energy 2021-2022 cohort.
Condarco holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Texas Tech University.
