Kathleen M. Mazzarella is Chairman, President and CEO of Graybar, an $8.8 billion, employee-owned distributor of electrical, communications and data networking products.
Mazzarella joined Graybar 42 years ago. After working in field sales management, she held executive-level corporate positions in strategic accounts, human resources, strategic planning, sales, and marketing. She was elected to Graybar’s Board of Directors in 2004 and was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer in 2010.
Mazzarella was appointed President and CEO in 2012, and she became Chairman of Graybar’s board of directors the following year.
Under Mazzarella’s leadership, Graybar achieved record revenue for nine out of ten years from 2012 to 2021. During this time, net sales rose from $5.4 billion in 2012 to $8.8 billion in 2021.
In addition to chairing Graybar’s board, Mazzarella currently serves on the Board of Directors of Waste Management, Inc., Cigna Corporation, Core & Main LP, and the National Association of Wholesaler-Distributors (NAW).
Mazzarella holds an Associate degree in Telecommunications Engineering, a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Master’s degree in Business Administration.
