ZRG Partners, recognized as the fastest growing search firm in the Americas, has significantly enhanced their Global Human Resource Officers Practice (CHRO) with the addition of Wendy Murphy, as Managing Director and Global Practice Leader. Wendy will also be engaged in ZRG’s Healthcare Practice, where she has deep experience in Private Equity healthcare searches. Joining Wendy are several key leaders that have been working together for years, including Davonne Helmer, Managing Director, who will be working out of the firm’s Chicago Office, and Allyson Hauck, Principal, working out of ZRG’s Washington DC office.
Prior to joining ZRG, Wendy led Heidrick & Struggle’s Global CHRO Practice, as well as with Korn Ferry, and most recently RSR Partners. Wendy and her team have successfully completed hundreds of Human Resource leadership searches including CHRO’s and Heads of Talent and Total Rewards. In addition to driving this global CHRO practice, Wendy and Davonne will continue their work in Healthcare Private Equity and Luxury, where they have deep experience across functions.
