Hughes to Develop New Business Relationships
Reliant Bank has announced the selection of Natalie Hughes as AVP, Branch Manager of the bank’s new Murfreesboro location at 1835 E. Northfield Blvd.
In her role, Hughes is responsible for the daily operation of Reliant’s full-service branch, including operations, personal and small business lending, and product sales to ensure effective growth. She will lead a team of financial service bankers and product specialists to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Hughes brings more than 15 years of banking experience and holds the Business Development Professional designation from the Credit Union National Association. A resident of Murfreesboro, an active community leader participating with a variety of organizations including several Chambers of Commerce, the Middle Tennessee Society of Human Resource Managers, the Women’s Council of Realtors, the Middle Tennessee Diabetic Association Advisory Board, and Future Business Leaders of America.
Before joining Reliant, Hughes served as Business Development Officer for Ascend Federal Credit Union where she managed key strategic partnerships, conducted financial education sessions across Middle Tennessee and heavily contributed to growth initiatives.
