Life Fitness, the global leader in commercial fitness equipment, announced that Marie Graul has joined the Company as its chief financial officer, reporting to Jaime Irick, President – Life Fitness.
“The addition of Marie is yet another important step as we ready Life Fitness to be a stand-alone, publicly-traded company after our spin-off from Brunswick Corporation,” Irick said. “We are thrilled to welcome Marie, a skilled finance executive with significant leadership experience across multiple industries, including multiple public and private company CFO roles. Marie has a strong track record of delivering results and driving efficient operations and business development growth, and we are confident she further strengthens the Life Fitness team as we prepare for our next phase of growth.”
In addition to overseeing the accounting, credit, commercial and operational finance, and FP&A functions, Marie will also oversee treasury, tax, audit, investor relations and SEC reporting, which are all disciplines currently provided by Brunswick that Life Fitness will require as a stand-alone company post-spin.
“We have been quickly and intently focusing on a number of initiatives as part of this preparation, including assembling a strong senior executive team to foster and guide our transformation,” Irick added. “For example, we recently added new senior leadership in marketing, customer experience and service, and operations. As part of the executive team, Marie will join with her colleagues to help mold the strategic direction of Life Fitness as well as ensure that we deliver on our commitments to fulfill our potential.”
