Dina Santoro Appointed to the Board of Trustees for Several of Voya Investment Management’s Funds

Voya Investment Management, the asset management business of Voya Financial, Inc., announced that Dina Santoro, senior managing director, head of product and marketing strategy, has been appointed to the following fund’s Boards of Trustees as an Interested Trustee, replacing Shaun Mathews as Trustee, effective July 10, 2018:

Voya Asia Pacific High Dividend Equity Income Fund
Voya Emerging Markets High Dividend Equity Fund
Voya Global Advantage and Premium Opportunity Fund
Voya Global Equity Dividend and Premium Opportunity Fund
Voya Infrastructure, Industrials and Materials Fund
Voya International High Dividend Equity Income Fund
Voya Natural Resources Equity Income Fund

Dina Santoro is a senior managing director and head of product and marketing strategy for Voya Investment Management, responsible for leading and executing the strategic product and marketing agenda for Voya Investment Management including product development and management, messaging and strategy for institutional and intermediary channels. Prior to joining Voya, she was a managing director and head of product strategy and distribution at QMA, a global investment management division of Prudential.
