Katy M. Fink serves as Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer for Stryker, one of the world’s leading medical technology companies and, together with its customers, is driven to make healthcare better. The company offers innovative products and services in Medical and Surgical, Neurotechnology, Orthopedics and Spine that help improve patient and healthcare outcomes. Alongside its customers around the world, Stryker impacts more than 100 million patients annually.
In this role, Fink is responsible for all human resources policies, practices, planning, direction and activities, including Stryker’s talent acquisition and development, human resources shared services and Total Rewards program.
Fink began her career at Stryker in 2013 as Vice President, Talent Management and became Vice President, Human Resources, MedSurg and Neurotechnology Group in 2015.
Prior to joining Stryker, she held a number of human resources roles of increasing scope and complexity at Cintas and Ethicon Endo Surgery, a division of Johnson & Johnson.
Fink holds a Bachelor’s degree from Kenyon College and Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) from Rutgers’ School of Management and Labor Relations.
