Julie Dillman is Executive Vice President, Chubb Group and Digital Transformation Officer at Chubb, the world’s largest publicly traded property and casualty insurance company and the largest commercial insurer in the U.S.
Dillman partners and works closely with Chubb’s Chief Digital Business Officer and senior business executives to lead the company’s transformation, including how work gets done and the skills and technology employed to serve customers and distribution partners. She also has executive oversight for the company’s global operations and technology. Dillman is a member of Chubb’s Executive Committee.
Dillman has spent a significant portion of her career focused on the strategic application of technology in core business operations and building digital capabilities for global enterprises. Prior to her current role, she served as Chubb’s Global Head of Operations and Technology. Before Chubb, Dillman led global operations and the corporate wide digital and analytics strategy at Travelers Insurance.
Dillman was honored by Insurance Business Magazine with the 2018 Elite Women award. She also is a member of the Board of the Chubb Charitable Foundation.
Dillman received a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
