Jennifer M. Johnson holds the position of Chairman for Franklin Templeton Trust, President, Chief Executive Officer, COO & Director at Franklin Resources, Inc., Chief Investment Officer at Brandywine Group Trust – Global Fixed Income Fund (a subsidiary of Franklin Resources, Inc.) and Advisor at Shatter Fund LLC.
As President and CEO, Johnson is responsible for the operation of all aspects of the business, where she sets long-range strategic objectives and drive corporate priorities. As Executive Chairman, Johnson plays an active role within the organization, represent the Company with key stakeholders, consult on significant decisions such as merger and acquisition opportunities, and advise on the strategic direction of the firm.
