Debbie Pfeiffer is the President of Pitney Bowes Presort Services, the largest workshare partner of USPS, helping mailers of all sizes capture measurable postage savings while simplifying the complexity of sending mail and parcels. In this role, Pfeiffer oversees a network of 37 operating centers across the U.S., which processes more than 17 billion pieces of mail and parcels annually.
With experience in the mailing industry since 1983, Pfeiffer has held firmly to a people first leadership philosophy recognizing that innovation and growth are fueled by great client and employee experiences. In her career at Pitney Bowes, she has served as VP/GM of two operating centers, VP of National Accounts and VP Sales & Client Services, where she drove significant business results and built strong loyalty among her clients. In addition, she was instrumental in the formation and expansion of the Pitney Bowes Ohio Valley Mail Exchange.
Pfeiffer earned an Executive Management Certificate from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and attended the Darden School of Business Strategic Lead Executive Program. She is a former First VP of the National Association of Presort Mailers, sits on the Board of the National Postal Policy Council and is an Advisory Council Member of The Ohio State University’s LiFEsports Program.
