Caroline Sullivan has served as the Moody’s Chief Accounting Officer and Corporate Controller since December 2018.
In this role, Sullivan is responsible for the financial accounting and external reporting activities, Tax Compliance and Strategy and Treasury.
Additionally, Sullivan has oversight of technical accounting matters, including M&A transactions and other various accounting functions, such as compensation, benefits and record-to-reporting efforts.
Prior to joining the Company, Sullivan served in several roles at Bank of America from 2011 to 2018, where her last position held was Managing Director and Global Banking Controller.
Sullivan, a CPA, previously held various senior positions at several banks and a major accounting firm and is a member of the Board of Directors of Financial Executives International.
Sullivan is an Executive Sponsor of Moody’s Minds Business Resource Group, which is focused on employee well-being and mental health.
