Beth Galetti is Amazon’s Senior Vice President of People eXperience and Technology (formerly Human Resources) since 2016.
In this role, Galetti leads a team that oversees the recruitment, growth, development, and support of around 1.5 million Amazonians in 50+ countries. Her mission is to build a workplace for Amazonians to invent on behalf of customers.
Galetti has been at Amazon for over nine years. She joined Amazon as Vice President for Worldwide Operations and Customer Service HR. Galetti has a varied background, having worked in both engineering and HR. Prior to Amazon, Galetti worked in the transportation industry and started her career at FedEx as a software developer.
Galetti holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Colorado Technical University.
