Angela Busch is Executive Vice President of Corporate and Business Development for Ecolab Inc. In her current role, Ms. Busch is responsible for acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and alliances in support of Ecolab’s strategic objectives related to its global portfolio of business and activities.
Prior to joining Ecolab in 2006, Busch held several positions related to strategy development and acquisition work including managing director of Merger and Acquisitions at RBC Capital Markets and positions at Honeywell and Land O’Lakes. Her background also includes tenure as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Busch began her career as an engineer with ADC Telecommunications.
Busch is on the Board of Directors for Magnolia Oil & Gas (NYSE: MGY). She also serves on the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management’s Board of Advisors.
Busch received a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Institute of Technology. She also received a Master’s degree in Management from the Kellogg School of Management and Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School
of Law.
